Our Receptionist Mission Statement: To handle your office visit with knowledge and professionalism. We are dedicated to providing you with outstanding service. We will accurately verify and process personal and insurance information. We are committed to assisting you with scheduling and following up on your care with our unique staffing structure. Each provider is paired with a personal receptionist for individualized attention. We look forward to making your patient experience remarkable! Please feel free to ask for your physician's personal receptionist when you contact our office.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a charge for cancelled appointments ?

Currently there is no charge for a cancelled appointment. However we do appreciate 24 hours notice of a cancellation so we are able to provide another patient with an earlier appointment.

How far in advance can I schedule my next appointment ?

Schedules are opened at least 6 weeks in advance and can be booked accordingly,  You will receive a postcard reminding when your yearly appointment is due.  If you need an appointment is less than a year you may received an appointment that is already at a scheduled time.  Please phone the office and reschedule if the time is not convenient.

Do you maintain a cancellation list ?

YES, a cancellation list is maintained for all providers and we encourage you to add your name if you wish to be placed on the list. Often we go to the list to fill cancellations or when providers add office time.
