Our phones are answered Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.  We have one person dedicated to answering in coming calls and resort to a phone tree only during high volume call times.  On those occasions when we must use voice mail, messages are retrieved every 15 minutes and you can expect a call back within the hour.

Why can't the operator answer my questions?

Our phone operator is very qualified to direct your phone calls but she is not able to answer billing questions, nursing questions, surgery questions, etc.

Sometimes my call is forwarded to voice mailbox. Many times I am at a location that calls can not be returned to or I'm on break at work and calls are not returned before I have to go back to work. Why can't my call be taken when I call?

We understand your frustration!  There are many reason we can not take your call at the time you phone the office; working with a patient in the office, on another phone call etc. Calls are returned as soon as possible.  If you plan to leave the location you are calling from please leave additional numbers where you can be reached.
