When should I take childbirth classes?
It is best to take classes between 32-36 weeks gestation.
How much does the class cost?
The cost of the class is $75.00. Payment is due the day of the class. Acceptable payment options are cash or check. Please make personal checks out to "New Beginnings Educational Services".
Where should I sign up?
Please call (540) 434-3831 to sign up. If you would like to sign up while you are at our office, please give your contact information to a receptionist and the office will contact you.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a labor coach, two pillows, a towel, pen or pencil, and a water bottle with you. A light snack will be provided.
What time is the class and where is it held?
Classes are held on the lower level of the Harrisonburg OBGYN office. Each class is offered one Saturday a month. The class will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one hour break for lunch.
Do I have to be a patient at Harrisonburg OBGYN to attend?
No, you DO NOT have to be a patient of our office to attend the class.
